Returns
• You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items
• Items that show signs of wear or damage not caused by us.
• Sale items or promotional products (unless defective).
• Socks or insoles for hygiene reasons.

Refunds
• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

Exchanges
• If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or model, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Exchanges depend on stock availability.

Shipping returns
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless it was defective or incorrectly sent.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us.
